Welcome to my site...my name is Ron and I recently moved from Omaha, Nebraska to Urbandale, Iowa. I shoot with a Nikon D300. Marian HS 2011 Field Day : Field Day has been a core Marian tradition for years that is held on the first Friday in May. Each class has its own theme and 2 designated colors. Marian students spend the afternoons of the week leading up to Field Day making costumes, decorating walls (giant "dioramas" constructed with PVC pipe), building mascot floats, learning songs, and perfecting dance routines in an attempt to win the Field Day trophy. Judges of the varied events are usually former Marian students.
